That would be the Swedish marines. They’re here temporarily to work with our people on Camp Pendleton and stopped by for a little wine to enjoy under the Toasted Oak tree. Welcome! And thanks for the pins on our customer map.

We’ll have some unhappy birds this year when they discover the nets protecting our grapes in the lower vineyard.
This great bunch of people reserved the space under the oak tree for their church group barbecue and get together.
Our vines are growing like crazy, and we have tiny grapes growing in the Cab Franc.
After just a few days of sunshine, our Sangiovese and Cab Franc are well into their growth cycle. In honor of the warm weather, sangria is back on the menu.
We’ll be closed on Easter Sunday for a family gathering.

Our first visitor from Ethiopia stopped by today with friends. What a fun group!
Our beautiful vines have been pruned to get ready for new growth. The greenery on the ground is mostly white clover, storing up nitrogen to feed to the vines later in the season.
Our thanks to the many people who braved the cold and sometimes wet weather to come to the winery this weekend. We had several birthday celebrations as well as those who just wanted a glass of wine or bottles to take home. We loved visiting with all of you!
